iPad 2 Slowly Making its Way to macpeople

While checking out all the new gadgets at the Leawood, Kansas Apple Store yesterday, I learned they had just received a small shipment of iPads. The specialst at the front door said they had no idea the shipment was coming, but once they did, they were gone in a flash. I asked her if they had to wait 24 hours after the shipment arrived before selling them and she said no. This means there may be exceptions to an earlier report from AppleInsider about how Apple is said to have elected to hold the inventory for a next-day sale to grant its inventory control specialists time to process new shipments.
